COMMITTED TO HELPING OUR SENIORS AGE IN PLACE SUCCESSFULLY! We offer a continuum of care for seniors and their caregivers that allow them to age in place; designed to keep them social, mobile and engaged in life including daily exercise, nutrition, live music, dancing, lectures and more.

PROGRAMS FOR ACTIVE ADULTS: Continue to reinvent yourself, in person and virtually! Choose from a wide array of offerings that will challenge your mind, strengthen your body , nurture your soul , experience the power of a warm and welcoming community. Sign up to enjoy lectures and learning, JCCU, day trips, author events, creative arts, leisure games, and more.

Join us for our ongoing group specifically designed to provide emotional and educational support to any family dementia care-partner. We offer in-person and virtual groups for spouses, virtual evening groups for adult children, and Memory Café for those living with early stage/early onset. Share feelings and concerns, learn about local resources, and support each other in coping with the effects of the disease. We also have our Montessori inspired Social Adult Day program available Monday-Friday.

Waldwick High School Track Wyckoff Ave. & Hopper Ave. Race time: 5K Race: 9am 1 Mile Fun Walk: 9am Course: 5K Certified course & sanctioned by the USATF Course description: Fast, rolling hills, scenic park, track finish No running buggies, pets, rollerblades, bikes, skateboards on the course. Stroll ers are permitted during the 1 Mile Walk. No pets allowed on the high school field.
