The 2022 Happiest Employees Award was given by Comparably, a leading platform that provides workplace culture data for public and private companies. With this award, Integrity has again demonstrated itself to be an industry leader in workplace value. Comparably’s Top 100 Happiest Employees compa nies are determined based on senti ment ratings provided by employees directly. Rankings were compiled from 15 million ratings across 70,000 compa nies in the U.S. and Canada. Employees anonymously answered questions on a variety of topics related to their overall happiness at work, including benefits, pay, company goals, interactions with coworkers and how excited they were to go to work each day. The Integrity employees surveyed by Comparably attributed their happiness to key factors, such as the Employee Ownership Plan, as well as workplace culture and commitment to building a strong community. The Employee Own ership Plan allows employees to have an ownership stake in the company at no cost to them and has paid out over $175 million to Integrity teammembers in the last three years alone. Addition ally, each year employees receive two full days of paid time off to volunteer in their local communities. Integri ty’s focus on diversity and Women in Leadership also contributed to the high Comparably score, as the company continues to encourage individuals to be themselves and bring their unique skill sets to the team. Combined Insurance Company of America , a Chubb company and provider of supplemental insurance sold to employees at the worksite and directly to individuals, has opened a new regional office in Columbia, South Carolina.

They identify individuals and families with outstanding health care-related bills, and they purchase the debts for those most in need in bundled portfolios for a fraction of their face value. Founded by two former debt collectors, RIP Medical Debt has pur chased medical debt totaling over $7 BILLION for over 4,255,986 people. BCG has set up a website with RIP Medical Debt specifically for its em ployees, clients, business associates and others to have an opportunity to contribute to the medical debt-relief program. GCG Financial , a full-service financial services firm in Deerfield, Illinois, is changing its corporate branding to Al era Group. The firm was started in 1975 and became one of the founding firms of Alera Group in 2017. The transition to Alera Group branding reflects the firm’s national capabilities and industry expertise while enabling it to expand its resources in all areas of business. “We are excited about our rebrand and believe these changes will help fuel future growth and success,” says Rick Levitz, Managing Partner.
