Bryan Hunsaker will become presi dent, Integrity Contact Centers. Hunsaker will oversee Integrity’s expansive contact center and telephonic agent efforts. He will also work closely with other members of Integrity’s executive leadership team as they work to unify and optimize the company’s omnichannel customer contact operations. This news builds on the momentum Hunsaker brought to Integrity in June 2021, when his company, Unified Health, joined the Integrity platform and he became a managing partner. With more than 3,000 contact center agents handling over 10 million customer interactions annually, In tegrity has become a strong and influential leader in the contact center space. With a business career spanning over 30 years, Hunsaker has operated multiple private and public companies in various industries worldwide. After helping grow other contact centers into recognized and respected leaders in the industry, Hunsaker founded Unified Health. Unified quickly became known as an innovative force in the industry, as Hunsaker and his team developed unique systems that focused on creating lifetime relationships between con tact center agents and their clients.

Prior to joining Integrity, Tom Dempsey led a team of 60,000 independent insurance agents and was responsible for directing the strategic development, growth and day-to day operations of some of Transamerica’s most productive sales organizations, includ ing World Financial Group, World Financial Group of Canada, Transamerica Agency Network, Transamerica Financial Advisors and World Group Securities of Canada. As chief distribution officer, Dempsey will be responsible for leading Integrity’s entire sales organization, ensuring that revenue and production goals are met. In addition, Dempsey will coordinate efforts between Integrity’s distribution and carrier partners and help develop and implement strategies that accelerate Integrity’s mission to help all Americans make the most of what life brings.

Carrick Capital Partners, a growth-oriented invest ment firm focused on technology-enabled businesses, has welcomed industry veteran Kari Niblack as the president of

Blackwell Captive Solutions, a Car rick-sponsored medical stop-loss group captive management company. Niblack has been an ERISA and em ployee benefits attorney involved in U.S. healthcare for more than 25 years. She has diverse experience across all stakeholder perspectives in healthcare, from health center administration, risk stratification and claims administration to physician practice management and revenue cycle models for both insurers and providers. Most recently, she was the CEO of ACS Benefit Services LLC, a third-party administrator based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In addition to her executive leadership roles spanning almost three decades in the self-funded in dustry, Kari regularly speaks and publishes on issues affecting self-funded health plans and currently serves as chairwoman, Board of Directors, of the Self-Insurance Institute of America.
