Holland has some pretty awesome neighbors . How about a day trip? With Holland as your base, head 12 miles south to Saugatuck, a village with a lively art scene, world-renowned chefs, and dune rides. Continue 10 miles southeast, and visit an orchard, cidery, or vineyard in Fennville. Return to Holland for that camera you forgot, and jog a little east to Zeeland’s classic Main Street. Now you’re heading

toward Grand Rapids, but don’t forget a stop at Hudsonville’s Action Wake Park. “GR” is a destination of its own, but if you have limited time, the Ford Presidential Museum and Frederick Meijer Gardens are def initely on the “don’t miss” list. Take a scenic route back west through Grand Haven, and listen to the world’s largest musical fountain before returning to your home away from home, Holland.
