What I love about my team is that we’re very cohesive. So, I really try to emphasize teamwork with them while keeping things relaxed. They already put so much pressure on themselves, starting with practice, and I do see that in them. One thing that I want to focus on this year is having a strong mental game, and that they can come to me for anything. I’m here to help them become better student athletes. “
