For more than a century, Summit County Children Services has improved the lives of abused and neglected children and their families by pro moting child safety, permanency and well-being. Every day, more children come to the attention of Summit County Children Services because of child abuse and neglect concerns. With the help of committed staff, caseworkers, foster and kinship families, volunteers and donors, Summit County Children Services strives to provide child protective ser vices that enable children in our com munity to thrive in their own homes or those of loving relatives or foster families — children like Zy’aire. He is in foster care and awaiting adoption. Zy’aire is known for being a kind and caring young man. He loves to laugh and have fun, and he especially likes sports. He is a hometown fan of all Cleveland teams, and LeBron James is his favorite basketball player. He plays football for his high school as a defensive lineman, tight end and mid dle linebacker. Although he occasionally struggles to get his schoolwork done on time, he continues to make progress on that goal. During his free time, he enjoys listening to music, watching TikToks and playing video games like Madden NFL. Summit County Children Services helps children like Zy’aire who need support and safety to reach their full potential. When Zy’aire grows up, he would like to be a lawyer because he likes to defend arguments. He would also like to explore being a coach, a bas ketball player or a manager of a major store, as he loves fashion and putting outfits together. Summit County Children Services Helps Youth in Need
