system can easily accommodate on-site custom configurations. A permanent interlock system ensures that the mats will not come apart, eliminating the need for the use of potentially harmful adhesives. Multi-tiered footing design elevates mat off the floor resulting in air pockets that allow the mat to flex with the weight of the worker, resulting in less fatigue and easy clean-up. Large drainage holes facilitate removal of debris from the work area and eliminate clogging. A pronounced raised diamond pattern enhances slip resistance.

Cushion-Lok™ Perforated Series • Six-inch wide diamond-studded beveled ramps are permanently affixed on 3 sides and perforated for drainage. • Bottom surface design that offers maximum flex for worker comfort. Cushion-Lok™ is a tough PVC based workstation mat developed by NOTRAX ® for use in wet environments where resistance to harsh industrial chemicals is a necessity. Hundreds of portholes facilitate drainage while the worker is elevated on a series of blades to increase traction and keep the worker out of the spillage. This is the ultimate mat for wet environments where drainage and slip resistance are a priority.
