Reconditioning Process: 1. All frames are visually inspected for bent or broken parts (any bent/broken parts are repaired/replaced so that operating features function properly) 2. Frames are completely disassembled 3. Frames are cleaned. All stickers and/or decals are removed, if necessary 4. Frames, arm rails and pans (if applicable) are sanded completely in a separate room 5. Frames and parts are then cleaned again to remove any dust or dirt 6. Frames, arm rails and pans are pained in a professional paint booth. They are baked dry and then left to dry for 24 hours 7. Frames are then reassembled to include the following NEW parts, if necessary OEM Casters Plastic wheel covers and arm rail plastics Head/footboards with your choice of inserts in each, when applicable Labels and/or decals Motor capacitors and couplers are replaced 8. Circuit boards are tested and repaired with 1 year replacement warranty 9. A final inspection of the products operating features are rechecked and electrical safety tested to ensure the product is performing to manufacturer’s standards 10. Products are shipped wrapped in protective plastic; Blanket wrapped and can be positioned in custom stands for stability. Head/footboards are shipped unattached to the frames
