P ROTECTIVE E QUIPMENT Build-A-Rail Guard Rail • Heavy-duty guard rails protect property from damage due to forklift impact. • Customizable and easily assembled. Build rail systems 1, 2 or 3 rails high by just stacking rail units one on top of the other. Can be coupled together to make runs as long as needed. Make 90° corners by connecting 2 rail systems together with a corner coupler. Available in 4', 6', 8' and 10' length. FOB Shipping Point. Benefits of Build-A-Rail Guard Rail • Stackable and side-by-side joinable units provide flexibility in guard rail system design. • Highly visible, yellow powder coat painted steel units provide a durable and attractive barrier. • Barriers are designed to withstand impact to keep valuable equipment safe from fork lift traffic. • Durable and attractive black plastic end caps close ends and tops giving finished look. • Straight sections and 90° turns are easily accomplished using straight and corner collar connectors. • Rail sections constructed of sturdy 5/32" wall 4" x 4" steel tube. • Base units constructed of 5/32" wall 4" x 4" steel tube welded to 5/8" thick 10" x 10" base plates. • Requires 3/4" wide anchors for mounting - anchors not included. Floor Mounted Barriers • Floor-mounted protection equipment that serves as a barrier between forklift traffic and conveyor stands. Available in sections from 3' length to 10' length in 1' increments. The sections can be joined to make a continuous straight run of any length in 1' increments. Turns of 90° are accommodated through joining two of the 45° angle sections. Includes 1 ⁄ 2 " wedge anchors for mounting and connecting hardware. FOB Shipping Point. Benefits of Floor Mounted Barriers • Floor mounted barrier sections are constructed of sturdy 7 gauge steel formed into 12" high x 6" wide units. • Various lengths of floor mounted barrier sections can be joined to make continous runs. • Highly visible, yellow powder coat painted steel provides a durable and attractive finish. • Barriers are designed to withstand impact to keep valuable equipment safe from forklift traffic. • Straight sections and 90° turns are easily accomplished using straight guard sections and two 45° angle guard sections. • 5 strengthening gussets are welded to the back of 6' through 10' sections. Shorter sections have 3 gussets. • Sections can be bolted together with the supplied 5/16" bolts.
