Living freely, the vixen experiences joy, romance and tragedy as the cycle of life is explored through the world of nature. This opera from renowned composer Leoš Janácek first premiered in 1924.

BECOMING THURGOOD: AMERICA’S SOCIAL ARCHITECT This film explores the life and legacy of Thurgood Marshall, the visionary lawyer and civil rights leader who became the first Black justice on the Supreme Court. It brings his story to life not as myth, but as a man of action who held the nation accountable to its founding promises, and helped move America closer to its highest ideals.

Becoming Thurgood: America’s Social Architect airs September 9 at 9 p.m.
