Pottery is a new obsession for Joani Feiner. Being a single mom with a career as a professional airline pilot left little time for hobbies. After retiring, she and her husband moved to Iowa and took their first pottery class. Joani was hooked. She purchased a pottery wheel and her journey began in earnest. She created Bird and Boxer Pottery and loves to stretch her abilities to create new shapes and glaze combinations.
