DECEMBER’S BEST HISTORIC BUILDINGS OF IOWA: DAVENPORT Journey to eastern Iowa to explore the culture and commerce of Davenport, where historic buildings and landmarks tell the tale of immigration, innovation, and the flow of trade along the Mississippi River. This hour long special makes stops at the Adler Theatre, Hose Station No. 4, the Village of East Davenport, Modern Woodmen Park, the Bix Beiderbecke historic tour, Gold Coast – Hamburg Historic District, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, and the Figge Art Museum.

Historic Buildings of Iowa: Davenport premieres December 2 at 7 p.m.

COLLEGE WRESTLING College wrestling coverage returns with seven college duals, including two Division I matchups as well as events from Division III, NAIA and JUCO. Calling the meets will be the legendary duo of Tim Johnson, “The Voice of College Wrestling,” and Jim Miller, 10 time NCAA Division III champion coach and five-time National Coach of the Year. Kyle Klingman with FloWrestling joins Johnson and Miller for the call on all women’s duals.

College Wrestling begins December 11 at 8 p.m.

CHRISTMAS WITH WARTBURG Christmas with Wartburg is far more than a concert, it’s an experience that engages every sense. Music, spoken word and visual art all intertwine to transform the moment into a movie-like atmosphere, capturing the wonder of the season. Inspired by a line in the beloved carol “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” this year’s concert reflects on the Advent candles that illuminate the hope, peace and joy found in the Christmas story.
