D RUM M IXERS These drum mixers have collapsible propellers that fit through the bung openings of 55-gallon drums with a NPT opening size of 2", so there’s no need to remove the lid. Also known as direct-drive mixers, they operate at high speeds for rapid turnover. Use them to mix liquids with a viscosity similar to water and light oils. Adjust mixing speed with the needle valve. Propellers are left hand and move clockwise when viewed from above to direct flow downward for efficient mixing. Choose a mixer with more propellers for faster and more thorough mixing. The motor is angled 6 degrees toward the center of a drum or container, preventing mixer to side-wall contact and for best mixing agitation with 6" blades. A complete mixer assembly (weighing less than 20 lbs.) easily transfers from drum-to-drum in seconds, making them very portable. FOB Shipping Point.

Both these designs have several flaws such as cumbersome & time consuming adjustment, too many parts, prone to blockage, high chance of loosing the mixing jets which need to be stored separately etc. • The compact construction & minimal parts make them easy to install & highly reliable. • Lightweight Aluminum body driven by pressure from water supply includes full flow Brass Ball valve & also fitted with 2 back flow preventers with ranges of 0 to 57% mixing ratio. • Mixing ratio is variable & controlled through a simple turn of the knob.
