Cushion-Ease ® ESD Solid is an Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protective mat that is formulated to drain static electricity from workers to safeguard against static shocks and protect equipment. Cushion-Ease ® ESD Solid is a high performance interlocking anti-fatigue matting system made with a resilient rubber compound with a solid top anti-slip surface texture and a multi-nib backing for comfort and ergonomic support of the mat. Cushion-Ease ® ESD Solid mold has been engineered to produce a mat that is functional, comfortable and durable. All Cushion-Ease ® series mats have a male/female interlocking system for individual workstations, long runs, unique configurations and wall-to-wall floors. 551M.D. Ramp Systems ® for Cushion-Ease ® Floor Mat/ 552 M.D.-X Ramp System™ for Cushion-Ease ® Mats 551-The M.D. Ramp System ® is designed for use with the Cushion-Ease ® family of floor mats and provides a 2" beveled edge for easy access onto or off of the work platform. 552-The M.D.-X Ramp System™ is designed for use with the Custom-Ease ® family of floor mats and provides a 6" longer gradual beveled edge for greater ease onto or off the work platform. Both 551 and 552 are made from 100% nitrile base rubber compound. M.D. Ramp Systems ® provide the highest resistance to chemicals, cutting fluids, animal fats, oils and greases. All ramp lengths fit the male/female interlocking system on the mats and are beveled and molded with mitered corners and a protruding tab locks together the two adjoining ramps for a secure, professional corner. Square edges can be achieved by trimming off the miter using the cut line on the bottom of the ramp. FOB Shipping Point.
