***Products sold by All Hours may be only sold in salons and cannot be sold online.*** Method of Payment: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, and C.O.D. (Check on Delivery.) You may also pre-pay for your orders, if you would like. All C.O.D. payments must be in the form of cashier check, money order or business check as UPS does not accept cash or personal checks. We reserve the right to require payment to be “certified” from any customer.

Payment Disclaimer: All Hours charges $25.00 service fee per returned check, subject to change per state law. In the event of payment default; the customer is responsible for all collection fees incurred.

Same Day Shipping To better serve you, our shipping cutoff time for ground shipping is 5:00 pm MST. Same day service is something that we pride ourselves on.

*Shipping & Packaging Fees: All lotion orders under $150.00 (excludes Alaska & Hawaii, ask your rep for details) will assess a $16.00 shipping fee. Fees for shipping on items such as lamps, acrylics, parts, equipment, and certain accessories are not included in the minimum amount and will be determined at the time of your order. There will be an additional fee added to any order deemed residential by UPS. Additional Fees may also be added for Packaging Request such as wrapped bottles, weight limits or carrier specifications. Truck Line orders may be subject to additional fees in certain areas (inside delivery, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, etc.). These are not All Hours charges, and we are not responsible for these fees. Payment to the carrier may be required at the time of delivery. Damages & Discrepancies: Damages and discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours from the time the order was received. Damaged lamps/acrylics & drop shipments must be reported within 24 hours and signed for as damaged for replacements to be sent. All Hours is not responsible for items ordered incorrectly or manufacturer defects.

C.O.D.: If you choose the C.O.D. (Check on Delivery) option, there will be additional fees added to your order. These are the shipping company’s fees, and All Hours will advise you upon placing an order if any of these fees apply.

Back Orders: We make every effort to ship all orders in full. In the extremely rare event that we should have to place something on backorder, we will notify you and remove it from your order. The item will have to be reordered and shipping minimums will apply. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your products, at All Hours we offer a 30-day return period. The 30 days begins from the date of the original invoice. No cash refunds will be given on returns. Returns may be used as credit towards your next order. Returned items may not be used or marked, they must be in the original saleable condition. All items found on accessories & sunless pages are non-refundable. In order for a credit to be issued on returned merchandise, the return must be authorized. To authorize a return, please call an All Hours staff member at 888-468-0098 to receive an RMA code! Any orders returned without a RMA will not be credited! Up to a 30% restocking fee may apply to returned items. If a return is taken with approval after 30 days it will asses a restocking fee.

Catalog Prices: All Hours has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of our catalog. Due to printing and/or pricing errors that may occur despite all efforts, All Hours reserves the right to correct any inaccurate information. Prices are subject to change!
