So far I have spoken with customer service, Jason, in particular about 3 times. Technician, Josh, came out to the homes, and Eric, the comfort consultant. The 3 men have been wonderful to work with on my HVAC system. Answering my questions and concerns and helping me understand the process. I will be anxious to have my units installed in a few weeks. Grateful for Sal’s advertising on the Fish radio station. Thank you for the care you have provided so far to me! Update: Today Jesse and Rob installed my new water heater! The technicians were polite, punctual, and knew their job, I have wonderful hot water! Thank you Sal’s for your employees, service, and products! Sharon Jakob, Akron
