All Hours is dedicated to the success of salons! We are not only here to assist you with product ordering, but to help you successfully maximize your profits! One of the ways we do this is by assisting you with participating manufacturer programs. These programs include co-op advertising rewards, lotion rebates and spiffs, and sponsorship of promotional events in your salon. What Is Co-op advertising? This is when a manufacturer will help pay for salon’s advertising expenses as long as they advertise exclusively with their brands, and are purchasing a certain volume of their products. Some programs require pre-approval of ads, some do not. Most have a deadline to submit rewards, and set program dates. What are lotion rebates and spiffs? Lotion rebates and spiffs are mail-in rebates; salons earn cash or product for purchasing specific bottles of lotion during a specific time period. Most rebate programs have reimbursement deadlines, but some product rebates are “instant”, example: a free sample attached to a bottle. What is a salon promo? Salon Promos are programs where a manufacturer sponsors a special event for a salon. They send the salon a package that can include free samples, t-shirts, posters, and other marketing materials. Special events can be grand openings, salon anniversaries, customer appreciation days, and other special events. How does ALL HOURS help? We track your ordering patterns to advise you on how to get the most money or product back at the end of the promotional season. If we think you qualify for rebates, we will email or mail you a spreadsheet of applicable purchases with instructions on how to submit them. We automatically calculate co-op rewards for New Sunshine premier salons, and assist them with paperwork. We will assist you with any other co-op programs upon request. Relax! We keep it simple!
