The clamp is designed to handle 22 - 23.5" diameter drums and rotates 180˚ degrees with a self-stopping 16" hand wheel. A ratchet and pawl locking device secures the drum in place. Optional scales permit extremely accurate dispensing by weight. Standard units come in safety yellow powder coating. Available with either a CR Clamp, for a drum diameter of 20" to 24", or an RCR Clamp, for a drum diameter of 13" to 24". Both the CR and RCR clamps are capable of 360˚ side rotation. Lift, clamp and rotate functions are available in either 24-volt DC powered for non-hazardous areas or Air over hydraulics for hazardous areas. Our standard straddle leg models are available with a single or two stage mast for lift heights from 48" to 144". These units include Darcor™ ergonomic casters, with a step-down foot floor lock for safety as well as a powder coating finish for durability. Available options include: Non-intrinsically-safe or intrinsically-safe scales for dispensing by weight or performing inventory, FDA approved gray powder coating or stainless-steel construction, side shifter, small drum adaptor, and adjustable clamping pressure. EasyLift ED DC Powered Drum Dumpers are ideal for non-hazardous environments. Available with either a CR Clamp with 360˚ side rotation, or an FCR Clamp with 180˚ forward rotation. Both clamps are designed to handle a 20" to 24" drum diameter.
