Liftomatic™ DCM Series DOUBLE • “Parrot-Beak ® ” Equipment for Handling Nearly Any Drum with a Standard Top Chime: The Original “Parrot-Beak ® ” Double Clamping System for each Drum! Using our patented and trademarked mechanical operation, Liftomatic’s DCM Series “Parrot-Beak ® ” equipment was created and brought to market in the 1960’s for handling drums that require more safety and care than common steel drums. Our DOUBLE “Parrot-Beak ® ” clamping system safely and efficiently handles steel, plastic, fiber, open top, and virtually any other container that utilizes a standard top chime. The DCM series equipment will provide your operators the additional piece of mind they need to complete their daily drum routines efficiently. Liftomatic DCM models are available in one and two drum units (standard). All Liftomatic DCM series products also come standard with high visibility coatings, cushioned and protective belt cradles to support the drum side-wall, bright zinc plated beaks for better operator visibility, and a safety chain. The Original “Parrot-Beak ® ” forklift attachment! The Liftomatic FTA series took the scene in the 1950’s for handling primarily steel drums. Steel drums are still the most widely used containers on an industrial basis, and Liftomatic equipment is 100% geared to help customers handle them safely and efficiently! The single all mechanical “Parrot-Beak ® ” in the FTA series will allow any operator to pick up one or two drums at a time with a forklift. All Liftomatic FTA equipment comes standard with high visibility coatings, cushioned and protective belt cradles to support the drum side-wall, bright zinc plated beaks for better operator visibility, and a safety chain. Liftomatic™ LOM4 High Volume Series • “Parrot-Beak ® ” Equipment for High Volume Drum Handling Routines: The Original FOUR drum handler to move 1-4 drums at a time! Liftomatic’s LOM4 series is ideal for pallet change-outs, long distance drum movement routines, truck or container loading, or every day high-volume drum handling! The LOM4 “Parrot-Beak ® ” operated series drum handlers will provide outstanding efficiency for nearly any fast-paced drum handling operation. Standard models include slide on fork mounted, carriage mounted, and short frame model units designed for loading and unloading overseas shipping containers. The spring-loaded cone assembly will help guide the unit into the center opening of four drums and on the uplift, the mechanical clamping system will safely engage from one to four drums at a time.
