NEED TO UPGRADE OR REPLACE MAILBOXES? 1. Determine if mailboxes can be replaced under USPS regulations or if an upgrade is needed (obsolete NDCBUs are NOT permitted for replacements or new installations). See approved replacements and information on page 1315. 2. For upgrades, select from the items below or design your optimal STD-4Cmailbox configuration at florencemailboxes.com 3. Submit newmailbox solutions to your local USPS office for approval and to your HDS representative for final processing (any modifications affecting the rough opening of existingmailboxes or the addition of newmailboxes requires an upgrade to STD-4C USPS compliant mailboxes)
