STEP 1 – Download or print out a Mirror, Glass & Acrylic Sheet fabrication form Visit hdsupplysolutions.com/fabrications or see Form 5 in the Fabrication Forms section at the back of this catalog. STEP 2 – Measure • Measure the height and width of existing acrylic sheet • Choose acrylic option (.100", .220" or .093" polycarbonate) NOTE: Provide measurements to the nearest 1/16".

Lexan Polycarbonate Sheet • Thickness: .093" • 250 times stronger than glass • 10-year warranty against breakage and yellowing • Severe weather protection

STEP 3 – Submit

All acrylic is non-yellowing, lightweight and shatter resistant.
