EZ X Loader™ Economy Automatic Work Positioner • No mechanical springs, uses captive air to eliminate the need for a constant air supply. The EZ X Loader offers the advanced Bishamon captive air system at a price competitive with less responsive mechanical spring models. Self leveling design automatically keeps the top of the load at convenient working height to help eliminate bending and improve productivity. Self leveling from 400 lb. to 2600 lb. with a 4,000 total capacity rating. Integral rotator ring helps eliminate reaching and stretching. Captive air operation eliminates cumbersome mechanical springs and gives more controlled (dampened) movement to the platform. Ships fully assembled - just add air. FOB Shipping Point. • Self-raising and lowering of the pallet as load weight changes. • Smooth, even rotator ring motion improves worker efficiency.

Self leveling design automatically keeps the top of the load at a convenient working height to help eliminate bending and improve productivity. Self leveling from 250 lb. to 3500 lb. Integral rotator ring helps eliminate reaching and stretching. Captive air operation eliminates cumbersome mechanical springs and gives more controlled (dampened) movement of the platform. A three position EZ Adjust knob allows adjustment of the collapsed capacity without changing air pressure. Available in a Stainless Steel model. Ships fully assembled -- just add air. FOB Shipping Point. EZ Loaders have a standard powder coated finish. -E has an FDA Compliant powder coated finish with a stainless steel solid round top. -SS are Grade 304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish.
