We know you have many choices in a maintenance supplier, so we truly appreciate the opportunity you have given us to serve you and we will continue to work hard to earn your business in the future.

Additionally, we thank you, our dedicated customers, for sticking by us through our transition. I realize this process was not without its many bumps and bruises, but during these changes we learned a lot about ourselves. Throughout the process, it was imperative for us to continue to stand by our long-term mission to always provide world-class service to the multifamily industry. We remain committed to delivering a level of service, consistency and reliability you deserve. As for the future, we will continue to strengthen our partnerships with our local communities with expanded services and product offerings. We will also continue to grow our national presence with an aggressive branch expansion plan.
