All consumables will be charged at the above rate and marked up 20%. All consumables that are not scheduled will be charged at cost plus a 20% markup.

Other Services and Reimbursements

All work performed by tradesmen or subcontractors that is not listed in this schedule or in a separate unit cost estimate will be marked up 20% above list price.

B. Freight / Transporation:

RestoreCore shall be compensated for costs incurred for transporting equipment and materials to and from the work site. Transportation will be billed at cost plus 20%.

C. CAT charges:

During area-wide catastrophe situations, a 6% surcharge will be added to each invoice. This fee covers indirect expenses incurred during a CAT response.

D. Taxes and Permits:

Taxes, permits, local use and mercantile taxes, state sales taxes and other fees assoicated with the performance of the project are not included in fees assoicated with this agreement. RestoreCore shall
