Labor Provisions

A. Open Shop : These rates apply to an open shop. B. Standard Hours:

These rates apply to regular hours only. Regular hours are defined as Monday through Friday form 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

C. Non-Standard Hours:

All work performed Monday through Friday after 5:00PM and before 8:00AM and all day Saturday and Sunday will be billed at 1.5 times (time and a half) the rates Scheduled in Section I.
