Standard shipping charges apply to parts, tools and accessories only. Ask a sales associate for a freight quote for items marked “Additional freight required.”

STANDARD SHIPPING: Items marked FOB or additional freight required throughout the catalog require additional freight charges.

INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS: If your order arrives incomplete please verify the missing parts against your invoice to insure they are not marked backordered (B/O). If you have not received all the items you ordered, you may have more boxes coming within the next day or two. After this time, please call us and we will be happy to trace the package or provide you with the tracking information to follow up with the carrier. BACKORDERS: We do our best to fill backorders AUTOMATICALLY as parts become available. Backorders are not cancelled without customer notification and will be shipped as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTIFY US AT ONCE IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL ANY PART OR ALL OF YOUR BACKORDERED ITEMS. Backordered items are shipped free unless the item is noted as FOB or additional freight charges apply. SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES: All orders should be checked against the invoice for shortages. All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days or receipt of the merchandise. If you receive a damaged shipment, please sign the delivery receipt “DAMAGED.” For truck deliveries- DO NOT- accept any shipments that are damaged. If the damage appears to be minor external damage, open the package and inspect the items. Describe the damage on the carrier’s paperwork PRIOR to signing as accepting the shipment. If these procedures are not followed, the damage may not be reimbursed RETURNS: We will accept returns of unused merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be sent freight prepaid along with the Return Form which is on the back of the invoice. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Obsolete items or items not in resalable condition will be refused. The manufacturer’s warranty may be used to address certain issues in lieu of a return. Electrical items like clutches are not returnable. ENGINES: Identifying the proper engine for your specific application is your responsibility. Please verify you are ordering the correct replacement. If the incorrect engine is ordered the freight and restock fee are the customer’s responsibility. Please refer to the engine section of the catalog for help in identifying the engine model, spec or type numbers.
