Crest is the authorized repair service provider for Legacy Dukane® products, such as the ProCare 2000, ProCare 6000 and StaffCall Pro systems. Occasionally ProCare 1000 products can also be repaired, but part availability is limited. Please note, while Crest completes the repair of these products, they are processed through Ascom®. Please contact Ascom at 1-800-385-2639 to submit your Dukane repairs. Crest manufactured Dukane station repairs can be processed directly through Crest by following the process on page 267. Crest manufactured Dukane stations have a “C” at the end of the part number and are marked with the “Crest Replacement Station” logo in this catalog. Part numbers can be found on the back of each station.

Fall Management

1) Contact Ascom at 1-800-385-2639 to request a repair authorization (RA) number. 2) Complete the form provided by Ascom to explain repair. 3) Ship to: Specified address given by Ascom. Send products by your choice of carrier. 4) Charges are processed by Ascom. Note: Return Authorization Number is needed before sending in your repair. Failure to obtain RA number may result in a processing delay.
