710CS is a smoke detector for the hearing- impaired. The Gentex 710CS is a 120 VAC photoelectric single station smoke detector designed to provide reliable early warning of smoke where both audible and visual alarms are required. Operates on the “light scatter” principle, utilizing a pulsing LED light source and a photodiode sensor in a fully screened sensing chamber. Smoke entering the chamber deflects the infrared beam and triggers the alarm. During the alarm period, the strobe will flash at a brightness of 120 candela, 60 times per minute. Complies with Title 19 of the California Administrative Code.

First Alert® Carbon Monoxide Alarm The CO Alarm features a digital display that lights up for easy readings. Electrochemical CO sensing allows greater temperature and humidity variations for accurate detection. Peak Level Memory stores and displays the highest CO level detected. Detector will alarm at 70, 150 and 400 PPM, and can be tested using the front test button or remotely using most standard IR remote controls. The unit plugs directly into a standard non-switched outlet, or use the 7 ft line cord for multiple placement options. Two AA batteries (included) provide battery backup and can be changed without unplugging the monitor.
