Cavitron ® Self Install – DENTSPLY Professional The Cavitron SPS Self Install Scaler connects directly to the dental control unit. An under mount 30K scaling unit that utilizes the existing the G98A platform. It uses one of the dental hoses to activate the Cavitron SPS Self Install Scaler to supply cooling water to the Cavitron Steri-Mate handpiece. The self install concept will free-up counter space, eliminate the need for a separate foot pedal, and increase the convenience of using the ultrasonic scaler by placing it chair-side. The unit is self-install, no tech required.
