HeliMend - Integra ® Miltex ® The HeliMend and HeliMend Advanced absorb- able collagen membranes are made from purified bovine tendon.The product provides wound sta- bilization and creates space during guided tissue regeneration procedures where a longer absorp- tion rate is desired. The HeliMend collagen membrane is absorbed in 4 to 8 weeks; while the HeliMendAdvanced collagen membrane is absorbed in 18 weeks. Each membrane is sup- plied sterile and in an easy to open package.
