Impact Air 45 ® HighspeedAir-Powered Handpiece – Palisades Dental The Impact Air 45 is a high-speed, air-powered handpiece used in intra- oral surgical procedures. Its compact 45º angled head is designed for bet- ter access and visibility to rear of mouth and its unique rear exhaust sub- stantially reduces the risk of an air embolism and eliminates splash back. Push-button autochuck accepts surgical-length friction grip burs. Fully autoclavable with office replaceable turbine. Runs at 400,000-500,000 RPMs and is engineered for intra-oral surgical procedures such as root canal drainage, bony contouring, odontoplasty, root resection and more.
