Summary Compensation Table The following table sets forth for each of our NEOs: (1) the dollar value of base salary and annual cash incentive earned during the years indicated; (2) the full grant date fair value of RSUs, SARs and PSUs granted during the years indicated, computed in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Topic 718; (3) the dollar value of earnings for services pursuant to awards granted during the indicated year under non‐equity incentive plans; (4) the change in pension value and non‐qualified deferred compensation earnings during the years indicated; (5) all other compensation for the years indicated; and (6) the dollar value of total compensation for the years indicated. Our NEOs are our Chairman and CEO, our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and each of our three other most highly compensated executive officers as of January 3, 2015, the last day of our most recent fiscal year.
