L2020 Outdoor Thermostat designed specifically for the heat pump, but can be used on other applications. Heating Mode: 1. First bulb = Heat Pump and when not satisfied 2. The second bulb activates the indoor furnace and the furnace will satisfy both bulbs. The outside unit is locked out during furnace operation. (100% safe) Indoor & outdoor unit cannot run at the same time. 3. Outdoor thermostat below set point turns off outdoor unit and indoor furnace becomes primary heat source.
