CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE ONLINE FUJITSU HFI TRAINING BEFORE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT. Branch manager/associate must verify this at the Fujitsu website before selling this product to a contractor. Fujitsu F.A.S.T. training does not qualify a contractor to purchase the Hybrid Flex systems. Only the HFI training will qualify them. Without it, there is no warranty or support. The Hybrid Flex system is a different technology than the regular Fujitsu line of ductless products.
