| WATERHEATERS • Electronic Ignition - electronic ignition eliminates the constant burning pilot used on other commercial water heaters. This device results in savings of pilot gas during standby periods. (115V AC required). • Two Magnesium Anode Rods - employed to provide an extra measure of corrosion prevention for longer life. • Hand Hole Cleanout - allows inspection of tank interior and facilitates removal of water heater's principal deterrent to long life-accumulated lime & sediment deposits. • Controls - adjustable electric thermostat to any temperature up to 180°F. A recycling Energy Cut-Off shuts off all gas in the event of an overheat condition. • 3 Year Limited Warranty - protects your investment in a quality glass lined heater. If the tank leaks for reasons of faulty materials,workmanship,or corrosion within the warranty period, the heater will be replaced with a comparable heater of our manufacture. (Exclusive of all shipping & reinstallation costs.) Some states do not allow limitations on warranties. See complete copy of the warranty included w/ the heater. • 1 Year Limited Parts Warranty - these quality components are manufactured for us by industry leaders and will be replaced in the event of failure during the parts warranty period (exclusive of shipping and reinstallation costs.) CODE WATER HEATERS (ALSO CALLED "BOILER CODE") Any Commercial Water Heater that is, or exceeds, 200,000 BTUH input or the equivalent size in Electric Model heaters are required in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, & Texas. Standard models do not meet State Boiler Codes, & will be turned down on inspection by the Code Administrators. Locke Supply Co. assumes no responsibility in selecting the proper model heater for the Contractor's Local Code requirements. This will be the responsibility of the Licensed Contractor.

AGA ANSI Z21.10.3 has "America National requirement that all gas water heaters have a minimum recovery rating of 75% thermal efficiency shown on all commercial gas water heaters.
