The photographer tiptoed right up to the edge of overexposing this photo without crossing the line – great job! This photo has good depth of field so we don’t get distracted by the background and the focus allows you to see the minute details, like the texture of the paint on this student’s face. The goal post in the background creates leading lines, and this image fills the frame. We also like the rich blacks from the good contrast. All of the body paint and stickers on the student also spark our curiosity.
