The framing in this photo is excellent! The students form a frame around the student in the hat. The photographer used selective focus to create good depth of field. It’s apparent that the selective focus was intentional, and the photographer did a great job with tack-sharp focus! You can even make out the individual straws in his hat! All the activity fills the frame and gives this image a bustling feeling. It’s a great candid photo that makes you want to start swaying while simultaneously asking, “Why are so many students wearing socks with sandals?”
