These low profile Hoppers are the perfect solution for loading and unloading large and small items. With a steel construction, the hopper maintains an enduring strength throughout the strain of consistent daily use. The manual release feature gives the forklift driver the ability to never leave the driving position, which allows personnel to stay at a safe distance throughout the dumping process. With a low profile design, the visibility of items and surroundings can be maintained throughout the loading and unloading of products. Must be attached to fork truck when unloading. Bumper Release Steel Hoppers • Superior engineering offers years of rugged surface. This bumper release hopper dumps as soon as the bumper is pushed. This style also returns to the locked position automatically after it dumps. A safety lock is standard on both styles to prevent accidental dumping. A safety restraint is provided to secure the hopper to the forklift. Fork pockets measure 7 1 ⁄ 2 " x2 1 ⁄ 2 ". Vestil self-dumping hoppers facilitate compliance with OSHA General Industry rule 29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii) by allowing lift truck operators to remain at the controls of their truck throughout the dumping process. Casters for use with Steel Hoppers and Bumper Release Steel Hoppers. Transport loads with portable hoppers. The maximum weight capacity is the lowest weight capacity of either the hopper or the caster. Casters are shipped uninstalled to prevent damage. Sets include (2) rigid, and (2) swivel casters. Casters are bolted-on by utilizing the factory stamped hole in the fork tubes. FOB Shipping Point.

Hopper Lids Keep the contents of hoppers out of sight for a neater appearance. Constructed from heavy-duty virgin black polyethylene material, these lids are lightweight and easy to open.
