100 Years of Boswell

As we celebrate the one hundredth anniversary of the J. G. Boswell Company, I want to take a moment to reflect on what brought us here and, most importantly, to thank each of you. This incredible milestone is not just about the company’s history—it’s about the people who made it all possible. For a century, Boswell has been more than a company—it’s been a family. We’ve grown together, faced challenges together, and accomplished things that seemed impossible. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: the hard work, dedication, and heart of our employees . . . YOU. Many of you have spent decades with us, and some of you represent the second, third, or even fourth generation of Boswell employees. That kind of loyalty and connection is rare, and it’s something we’re incredibly proud of. You are the reason this company has endured and thrived for one hundred years. You are the foundation of our success, and together, we’ve built something truly special. Over the years, this company has faced its fair share of challenges, and we know there will be more ahead. In the past, nature was our biggest test, whether it was flood or drought. Looking ahead, we anticipate new challenges will come from government policies and regulations, particularly those affecting water use. But just as we always have, the Boswell Company will stand strong, fiercely protecting our rights and ensuring a sustainable future.

Boswell is also working to be cleaner and more efficient, improving operations and embracing sustainability to set the company up for success over the coming one hundred years.

I’m excited about what lies ahead. Agriculture continues to change and evolve, and I know that with your talent, dedication, and innovative spirit, we’ll meet every challenge and seize every opportunity.
